PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, and Australian Dollar money order or bank cheque. You may use your credit card with confidence through our secure server. You may also arrange to pay by direct deposit.

SHIPPING Most items will ship within 48 hours.

  • Jewellery, Books and Cards
    Australian Orders:
    Within Australia we ship via Australia Post.
    Shipping is a $6.50 flat rate.
    Express Post is available for a flat rate of $12.00.
    f you would like insurance, this will incur an additional charge.
    Please note this in the shopping cart comment box.

    International Orders:
    International shipping is by Airmail.
    Please e-mail us for shipping costs and method of shipping if shipping cost to your country is not listed below.
    The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties.

GST Australian residents, GST is NOT included in the price. This will be added for orders to be shipped nationally.

PRIVACY POLICY Your information will never be sold, shared or traded with anyone, ever.

GUARANTEE We do not provide Certificates of Authenticity with purchases for the simple reason that they are not provided to us by the artisans or Trading Posts with whom we trade. It would be easy enough for us to produce our own but we do not feel that this would serve to enhance the authenticity of anything we carry beyond the statement. However, we feel confident that the fact that we have been in business for over a decade, and that the core of our business is our regular customers is proof of our integrity. We make a point of only buying form others whose integrity and commitment to fair trade is unquestioned. That said your purchase is 100 % Satisfaction Guaranteed. In that rare instance that someone needs to return something, perhaps due to size or colour, we ask that it is returned within 10 days of receipt and in original condition. You will receive a 100 % refund of the price of the item.  

GIFT WRAPPING   We gift wrap free of charge. Please note "Gift Wrap" and the message you would like sent with the gift in the Comment Box on the Order Form.If an order is being sent to someone else at a different address other than billing we automatically send the invoice separately to billing address. 

LAYBY Yes, we do layby (or lay-away). We like to have 20% down payment at the time of purchase and the balance paid within three months. If you are purchasing a larger item we may negotiate an extension on this arrangement.  Please email us for more info.

RING SIZING Ring sizing is usually $18.00.Please Note that some rings due to construction technique (e.g. inlay), cannot be sized. 

CLIP ON EARRINGS All earrings are pieced unless otherwise noted in the description. 

REPAIRS We offer a 3 month workmanship warranty free of charge. Items that have been damaged will only be charged actual repair costs from the silversmith and shipping. We only repair items purchased from us.
